I currently have the National Incoming 300 plan with nextel (I got it in December 2004 before the conversion) with a motorola i530 and I'm having some issues with my plan.
Basically, I recieve very few incoming calls, and I'm told by many people that they are rarely able to reach me on my cell and that it doesn't give a voice mail option, rather "the nextel subscriber is unavailiable... try back later" etc and I went through the loops with customer service today, again. Does anyone else have this problem?
Also, I'd like to appeal the $200 service termination fee and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this and were successful?
